Jeez, what's happened to reading comprehension?  Or is it just 'bitch
first, figure things out later' these days?

Subject: [Team Net admin] Team Net server updates

Things are going fairly well here at the intergalactic
headquarters of Team.Net.  The new server with twice the
memory and a 50% faster CPU is up and running, has been for a while.

Emails are getting processed within minutes now instead of
the hours it used to take.  Many happy subscribers because of it.

Both http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo and
http://www.team.net/mailman/listinfo now return complete and
correct lists of the lists hosted here.  One minor exception,
alpines shows up twice - once under A  as you would expect,
and then again under S where Sunbeam would be.  Odd, but a
real low priority issue.

Web based Pipermail access has been fixed, so you can access
the Mailman generated archives properly.

The searchable MhArc archives at
http://autox.team.net/archive are getting updated, mostly
problem free, a few minor glitches.

The funding for this project from list members generated
enough funds to also purchase a new UPS with about a 50%
increase in capacity.  Not as much of an issue since the
power company trimmed the trees in the alley along the power
line, resulting in fewer power bumps during windy periods.
Speaking of funding, some folks are still using outdated info
for mailing in checks.  Please use the info in
http://autox.team.net/donate.html as the PO Box has been closed.

*This is a temporary list, will be disabled in a few days.  It was set
up just to inform all subscribers of the current status of the email
lists.  Most of http://autox.team.net is woefully outdated, error prone
or useless.  I'll have to dedicate some time every week to update it.
But don't hold your breath.*

We now return you to your regularly scheduled email.

mjb."
