[Tr-gang] VTR 2003

Well, I've pretty much decided I'm not going to go to VTR again this
year.  Hopefully after a string of 12 attendences I won't work on a
string of 12 absences.  I'm just having a hard time getting enthused
about it, even though there are a number of reasons I'd like to make
it this time.  Maybe it's just the 100+ degree days we've been having
sapping all my enthusiasm.

As I recall, though, next year will be somewhere in Illinois again,
so maybe if I start planning now to have a streetable Triumph ready...
