That you feel it in your hands at the steering wheel tells me that it is  
likely to be a balance/runout issue with the front wheels.  You have  changed out 
the wheels and tires and it did not go away so I would then check  the hubs 
for runout.  IMHO with an out of balance propshaft you are going  to feel it 
more in the seat of your pants.  Check your front wheel bearings  and hubs for 
runout.
