[TR] FW: TR3 Seat Belt Anchor Positions

I am considering adding seat belts to my TR3 and wondering where the best
and strongest anchor points are.  Is the floor or side of the tunnel better?
Do I need to weld something off the frame member?   Not belts for
competition but simply for use as a daily driver.
