[TR] TR3 Center dash

Supposed to be two more similar studs on each side of the top.

Not to mention the (rigid) oil pressure line which can be disconnected at
the gauge, and the temperature gauge line which can only be disconnected at
the thermostat housing under the hood.  Also the choke cable.
