[TR] TR3 rear fender stay

I don't know if I can find but one of my fender stays (wing stay?).  I might
have lost the other one (if anyone has an extra one lying around...).  But my
real question tonight is how this fender stay is attached and where relative
to the rear fender?  The manual doesn't say and the Moss Catalog only shows
one outside the rear fender and doesn't say how it goes.  But, it proably is
put in close to the taillight.
    If you've forgotten what this is...it's for attaching the rear
wing/fender.  It's a piece of steel about 3-4 inches long and 1/2" wide and
holds a captured nut.  One is required per rear fender and I've only managed
to find one of mine.
                                      P.S.- selling one to me is fine also...
