[TR] tr-3 frame inside frame rails treatment

Gary, I ran  some kind of ship anti-rust treatment thru the rails that were 
mounted of  a homemade rotisserie.  I also raised one end, I forgot which, 
so it'd flow better.  I think I put a stopper in some pre=exisiting holes. 
I did not drill any new holes.
