[TR] missing idle

I think there was a thread not too long ago concerning a miss at idle which I
didn't read to carefuly so sorry.

but.............tr-6, S2 cam, new
overhaul.  I've set fuel mixture with colortune and think i have it right. 
adjusted timing from 8-14 ATDC, fiddled with idle setting and just cannot get
a miss at idle to go away.  taking off from stop comes with stuttering and
cruising in 2nd and 3rd (basically at idle) comes with slight
bucking/missing.  

However at higher revs and pulling its very very strong
without miss and feels great.  Any help or suggestions thanks in advance.
