[TR] TR3b windscreen cracked, again!

putting the top screw in, being concerned about the length and therefore not

screws with the longest in the center,  I lean toward the screw being too 
long and cracking the glass.    FT
 
Are the correct screws available anywhere?  Geez, they are making  this 
hard.  TRF shows only one part # 552662 and has the warning  that a screw too 
long will crack the glass.
