[TR] Car club meetings

We are a new Triumph club and have been feeling (and getting feedback) that 
meetings were too frequent and too long.  We decided to have two business 
meetings, one in November and one in April.  These are for engaging and 
informing  the membershiop in club directions and decision making.  All other 
meetings will be in the form of short updates and reminders in the context of 
club events (driving tours, picnics, etc.).  We'll see how it goes.
