[TR] TR3 steering column diameter

at the point where the steering head ends and the column is first visible it is .875  measured with a caliper.  I don't have a column without a wheel on it so I don't know if it changes from that point to the end of the column

I'm thinking of replacing the felt with Delrin, and if I can order in the
next half hour it will be cheaper to get it delivered on Friday.
