You've pretty much answered the question your self. If three springs were 
changed the remaining spring is not compatable.  Spring height & lb rating 
determine ride height. Springs should be replaced in complete matching sets. 
The reason for this is there are several types of springs available, 
competition, upgraded or standard replacement. You may have issues if you 
install different sets IE "Competition" in rear with "uprated in front".
Also check to make sure the springs are seated properly, there are no shims 
under the springs and the most extreme & probably not an issue, chassis 
twist from an accident or fatigue.
