I agree with Randall too. You can't expect to make 100% of all your
transactions positive on Ebay or anywhere else for that matter. Life just
isn't that way. If I am interested in a item for sale on Ebay, sure I look at
the feedback too but if it is above 90% I figure the 10% are either
misunderstandings or outright attempts to screw the seller, especially if
there are over say 100 transactions.
Sometimes we forget that everybody out there is not as decent as the people on
this list.
