[TR] List donations

This is brilliant, MJB.  You must be a scholar....My check's in the mail as
soon as I figure out an appropriate amount for a TR4A engine with upgraded
87mm pistons.  Regardless, it'll be inexpensive for all the worthwhile
information/discussions that are posted on this site!
