[TR] TR3 Electric Fuel Pumps

I welded a small flange onto the top of the frame of my TR3A in front of the
shock housing.  The flange was a piece of angle iron I had pre-drilled to
receive a fuel pump that appears similar to the one you like.  This keeps the
pump under the tank and inboard of the frame for safety.
