The Fog/Spot lamp switch is a rotary two-way. Either Fog or Spot can be selected - not both. 
 
The Relays are modern type mounted on the front side of the passenger-side horn 'tower'. 
I am now waiting for the wire to come - so will let you know how it goes from here.
