Hi Keith,
Let's see if this works. If not, I'll need to figure out how to post some
pictures. I am going to place them in the body.
There are 4 of them. You can kind of guess on the size by scaling the arm
piece. It does not have to be exact. The wood is 3/4"
thick.

Alex, I would be interested in receiving that picture of the form if you find
it. I too have the leather kit and will be doing this job sometime in the
future. Thanks.
