[TR] TR4 tie rod lever (steering arm)

I'm in the process of gathering parts for my CT26545 TR4 in hopes of assembling the front suspension.
My parts car is an earlier, Ct5908. Many of the front suspension components have changed.
One part that eludes me is the tie rod lever (steering arm) [moss part # 661-190].
The part is N/A from the big three and I'm trying to figure out if I can utilize one from the earlier TR4, and if so what is the impact?
