[TR] TR4 Steering rack

Groan....

I'm in the midst of a front suspension rebuild - not meant to include the
rack - only to discover that the rack can be twisted maybe one degree each
way, clockwise and counter clockwise. I'm hoping this does not mean that the
gearing in the rack and pinion body is shot. This is a high mileage car so I
guess i shouldn't be surprised. Thank you, as usual, for your advice.
