Don, Yes those options are very rare and ad value to your purchase.   They 
are official Triumph Optional Equipment.

optional finned aluminum high capacity oil pan and finned aluminum rocker  
cover.  The rocker cover has this little TR world decoration on it, so I  know 
it's not an aftermarket piece.  Can anyone tell me if these pieces  are 
common, or add much value to the car?
