[TR] TR4A - Replace ignition lock barrel

If it works the same as the TR3 switch, you have to insert the key and turn
it to the 'on' position, then push a punch or similar through that hole to
depress the button.  While holding the button depressed, pull on the key and
the cylinder should come out with it.
