[TR] tr-3 or 4 exhaust manifold

Gary,

I believe there is a late 4A manifold on ebay right now.

I tried this way back in the late 60s and although it worked with the correct 
4A exhaust system, I ended up removing the whole system and replaced it with a 
stock manifold and exhaust system.
