[TR] battery charger

About 1978 I purchased a battery charger from KMart (remember them?).  still 
have it, still use it, still store it in its original box.

a few years ago I bought a fancy new one with a lot of options.  yeah.  that's 
in the trash.

I'm in Dallas - I don't need a battery tender - we drive our cars year round 
(mostly).  anyone have a recommendation for a straight up battery charger? 
I'd like a second one.  and I'd like it to last 30 + years, too!
