[TR] VTR and Triumphest Planning

I really enjoyed attending both VTR in Breckenridge and Triumphest in Big
Bear this year.  I see that VTR is in Galveston next year, and heard that
VTR was in North California  in 2013 for a combo VTR/Triumphest like what
happened in 2009 in San Luis Obispo. My wife and I would like to attend
both. But, trying to find out anything more than that on the web is
difficult. Does anybody know where the Galveston event will be, and the
dates and location of VTR/Tfest in 2013?
