[TR] TR6 ZS won'y idle Update

Dave

The car is a 77 TVR 2500M, so its the late model carbs.  That said, the 
charcoal canister is long gone, so no can and no tubes.  That said, if I am 
understanding the function correctly of the valve, to have the pin fully 
depressed at idle is actually the intention? ( or at least accepatable)
