[TR] tr3 Radiator

I pondered that when I did mine as the apron had never been off in 30+
years and the paint was decent.  I am even able to remove the fan on my
TR3A with the radiator in place -- but I decided to pull the apron and was
glad I did.  Pretty easy even working solo, certainly much simpler than the
removals you list.

Also a prime opportunity to renew the front seal & timing chain tensioner
if need be.
