There is also a nyloc that goes on the end of the pivot bolt after it has been screwed through the threaded tube in the frame. That nut can be a challenge to get on if the exhaust is in place.

Joe,

The parking brake handle is easily removed/installed while floor is in place. There is just one large bolt that acts as a pivot. Just remember to not loose any of the parts! Actually not too hard of a job compared to other tasks during restoration.
