[TR] Hi-Torque starter

If it's the same as mine, there are more bolts not accessible unless you
remove the unit.

Also, after about 10 years of daily service, I discovered by accident that
the bearings were bad.  It would still crank the engine, but the remaining
balls were mostly square.  Might be worth checking and repacking them.
