I have used this guy, company called Coat of Chrome, in northeast PA in the past, very reasonable and looks excellent, and holds up very well. (NFI...) http://www.coatofchrome.com/home.php

Paint or powder coat? I have used 'chrome' spray paint, OK but not the real McCoy. I have heard good things about a new powder coat material/process that looks very close. Now looking for something to take to my local guy as a test before redoing my bumpers, chrome quotes from $500-800 each!
Would like to hear from someone that has already BTDT.

I keep hearing about chrome paint which looks great. Given the cost of rechroming, does anyone have experience with chrome paint, and if so, what brand?
