[TR] anti rattle plunger and spring in gear lever for TR6 / Stag

As I recall, it's a fairly stout spring.  Stiffer than the one in a
pen.  Might try a good local hardware store; they usually have drawers
full of springs.  Find one that has some resistance, but doesn't push
the plunger too far out of the shifter.
