[TR] TR3 Dash

Since the entire sheet metal is hidden once the vinyl is on, repairs may be
fairly easy since you're trying for 'smooth' rather than 'perfect'.

What is the nature of the damage.  Smaller unwanted holes can be ignored
(Triumph did that too).  I don't know that I have seen a rusty dash but can
imagine it is possible.
