[TR] vacuum advance

Whoops, I see the nuances of the English language have struck again.  I didn't mean that Randall MADE the shield, but rather that it was on hjs car (I think) and the picture was something he sent to illustrate a point to someone.  My interest is in the vacuum hookup because the way he has it in the picture makes sense.
