[TR] [EXTERNAL] - Randall Young

I've not followed the list for several years (close to 10 I think).  I just
recently got my TR4 back on the road after it's long sleep in my garage.  I
was sad to learn of Randall's passing.  I had similar experiences with
Randall and Fred.  Both were always very generous with their time and
knowledge.
