[TR] No spark TR3

I have a Lucas catalog from the early 70s, they have starters, alternators
etc. listed for Japanese, German, etc., cars in addition to British.
Strange to me to think of a Toyota with a Lucas alternator or whatever, I
don't remember Lucas parts being sourced that much for non-British cars,
but really don't know or remember.
