[TR] Add coolant overflow catch to TR3A

The overflow bottles used on 60s Midgets and MGBs we're painted black, but
are brass underneath, I know more than a couple  LBC owners who have added
them to their earlier cars for a nice period look.

You used to be able to buy them all day long for $5 or so at swap meets.
Maybe those days are gone.
