I just bought the rubber washers from TRF, although they are pretty generic and you might find some that work at your local Ace hardware.

McMaster-Carr has something that might work:. https://www.mcmaster.com/fiber-washers/.   Something in there should be close to your size.  And you'll have plenty of spares!

Looks like I need to make some ring seals for another LBC (Hillman Minx). I can’t locate any with 11/16” ID (17mm).  The rings will seal the large bolt in a canister oil filter very similar to the TR3-4A. They will be compressed between two washers, basically.

 

Any suggestions on the appropriate grade of wool felt? Or would any medium to low density wool work?
