Since the threads go through the hub, maybe the broken stud could be turned out through the back: drill a pilot in the broken stud, thread the pilot for a small right-hand screw, use heat, penetrant, and the small screw to turn the broken stud. There’s probably an easier way.

The rear studs are screwed in the face of the hub and peened over on the backside. I imagine that the factory used some big tool to do this—it looks more like a rivet. I’m not sure what kind of trouble that will cause with the ez-out. Of course pulling the hub off is going from bad to worse.
