[TR] Trickle chargers and drills

Rye, the 8-step charging-maintenance profile shown on that Porsche
maintainer looks quite a bit like the one used by CTEK, especially the step
7 fully charged / step 8 long term float. I wouldn't be surprised if CTEK
guts were inside the Porsche "battery" packaging. CTEK make maintainers
for a number of luxury-performance marques.
