[TR] Dot 5 brake fluid

The idea of a DOT standard is interchangeable compatibility, isn't it? I'm
sure I've mixed various brands of brake fluid within a DOT class over the
years without a second thought. I haven't had to add or change DOT5 on my
TR3B yet, but when I do I'll be sure to meet the standard and probably
won't give a thought to who made the original fluid.

There are only so many companies basic in silicones anyway, so it's quite
likely the same silicone oil in many producers' individual brands.
