[TR] Is this symptom I'm getting indicative of a bad front wheel bearing?

As mentioned, two things, I'm yet to try. I have a few spare hubs which I
can try as well as some spare wheels I can put on, but this bloody rain
we've been having here in California is more than I can handle. The car
has been recently commissioned with all new poly bushes. I do my own
repairs and maintenance on the car.
The vibration starts to occur on slight left turns and continues as I keep
turning. It can be felt through the steering wheel. The Stag btw has power
steering.
