[TR] Extended Wheelbase 1970 Triumph TR6

There was a retro-rod Austin Healey produced based on a modern base with a fiberglass (glassfiber?) body with all the features and lines of a big Healey.  I always thought the TR6 needs to be about 6 - 8 inches (15 - 20cm) wider.  Then fitting an American V8 would be a cinch.

Wow! Anybody who goes through that effort and does a good job should be admired. Didn’t Ratco start with a TR6 that was widened about 6”?  I know that we had a club member that also widened his TR6. There are a lot of highly modified/altered LBC’s that were rescued from junk yards and they wouldn’t be around if the owner’s didn’t have an enthusiastic vision. I like it!
