[TR] TR 250 steering box replacement

I am rebuilding the front suspension on my 250. The inner tie rod ends are VERY loose and the steering is stiff.  So do I rebuild or purchase new?  I'm leaning towards new but there are options.  Some  say the Moss unit is "stiffer " then the original.  Should I go with the " Quick" kit?  Are there other suppliers?  Any suggestions would be appreciated'
