The way the circuit is designed it is very dependent on the correct amp
draw through
the tied together circuits. The incorrect wattage of bulbs or a bad ground
causes problems.
With regular bulbs in front and led in back you perhaps hit on the correct
amp draw to
work. The circuit also depends on just the right flasher.
Now that you have it working, make sure you use the same wattage bulbs when
you change one
or the flasher.
