[TR] [Fot] Buying Parts From England?

Don, I recently bought a couple of head gaskets from Racetorations (in 
England).  The total from them was under $300 as I recall.  I got a bill 
for $140 in tariffs from the shipping vendor which I had to pay prior to 
delivery.  I don't remember exact shipping but that part didn't feel out 
of line.  The tariffs payment sucked.
