[TR] 74 TR6 starting issue

As Mark says, if the starter relay is clicking, the contacts are bad or the
connection is
bad on the white/red wire between the relay terminal C1 and the starter.
The other gremlin is a bad ground between the block and battery.
This is for a 74 with the seat belt module still hooked up. Most of them by
now have the
white/red wires and white/orange wires hooked together at the module.
