[TR] windshield washer on TR3

I just read that some cars supposedly came with a windshield washer attachment of some kind.  I’ve poked around and I’m thinking that was a dealer installed accessory?

Can anyone shed light on that?  My car has a single nozzle installed in the center of the hood near the vents.  And a pump thingee at the dash
