[Vintage-race] Mini Cooper parts - needed/available

Hi Guys,

first off, apologies for letting SimpleSevens go stale
this sumer... too many things going on -- mostly good
but some bad too :-(

Anyway, one of the good things was my 16 year old son,
Austin, located a pair of '65 Mini Cooper basket case
cars. He's an excellent student and will be going to a
good engineering school (they're recruiting him
already) so I expect he'll be successful in his goal
of having one streetable by his graduation open house
almost 2 years away.

We're currently inventorying duplicate parts and
making a list of parts needed. If there's anyone near
Mid Michigan that would like to chat about swapping
parts or even to come by and see what we have, please
let me know!

Generally, I know we are in need of interior parts,
those which often get stripped from a racer, and we
have quite a few hard parts available -- doors, front,
side and rear glass, subframes, etc. We also have a
fiberglass tilt up front end of unknown origin, and
are in need of an original front clip -- wings and
grill surround.
