[Vintage-race] Racecar Simulators - Any Experience?

I have some clients who sell these high-end computer "games" called
simulators.  With race seat, steering wheel, instruments, gear selector &
flat screen(s) they seem barely short of flight simulators.  They look like
they are incredible training devices.  They have a great number of tracks
available and even different cars.  
 
Do any of you have experience with any of them?  And, how do they compare
with "the real thing"?
