Dear British Car Club Contact,

Please provide the following important information to your club members
regarding the VTR National Convention in October as soon as possible.

Many of you have already made reservations at the hotel but have not yet
registered for the convention itself.  Don't forget that the registration fees
will be going up from $125 to $150 on Sep. 1, 2012, so please get those
registrations in as soon as possible to avoid the higher rate.  This is only a
week away so don't wait until the last minute!  Details and registration form
can be found at http://www.kingswayrc.com/txtr/VTR2012/index.html


Also, no orders for regalia will be accepted after Sep. 16, 2012, due to the
lead times required by our vendors.  Any registrations that arrive after that
date with orders for regalia will not have that order filled, so make sure
your registration reaches us by Sep. 16.  If it is received after that date
with payment, a refund for the regalia will be made upon check-in at the
registration desk.  Limited quantities of additional regalia will be on sale
in the registration room, but we cannot guarantee sizes and availability.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you on the beach in Galveston!
