[Vtow] Petition to reduce Gray-market Import Period for Cars

While I am sure that everyone in VTOW and on this has at least one car 
that is older than 25 years old and quite likely a 'late-model' that is 
significantly newer there is a middle ground of performance cars that 
were never imported into the US that we might be interested in 
seeing/driving. But unless they are at least 25 years old they can't get 
into the country without major changes and significant hassles.

There is a petition being circulated to reduce that waiting period to 15
